MATERI TRAINING MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT
Hari ke-1:
- Dasar2 operation management: kenapa perlu & penting untuk memahami operation management, operation management & supply chain, operation management dan daya saing
- Introduction to manufacturing management: beberapa manufacturing strategy: make to stock, make to order, assemble to order, lead time, varian produk & volume, beberapa pilihan layout manufacturing, batch flow vs flow production, pull & push model
- Manufacturing product structure: bill of material, format BOM, akurasi BOM, work center, utilisasi & efisiensi, proses routing, product costing component
- Dasar2 MRP (material requirement planning): independent vs dependent demand, , sasaran MRP, MRP input & output, mekanisme menghitung MRP
- Bagaimana mengelola MRP: explosion, peran material planner, action message, mengukur performance MRP
Hari ke-2:
- Perencanaan kapasitas dan bagaimana mengelolanya: elemen kapasitas, sasaran capacity planning, menghitung work center capacity, work center load, finite & infinite loading, load profile, mengelola shortage capacity
- Production activity control – PAC (bagaimana mengelola aktivitas produksi di shop floor) : sasaran PAC, PAC database file, proses order release ke work center, penjadwalan produksi, backward scheduling, dispatching rule, data collection & monitoring
- Advance scheduling: MRP push scheduling, MRP vs lean scheduling, order dispatching, langkah rescheduling, work center load profile, operation overlapping, lot splitting, input/output reporting
- Lean production management: definisi lean, definis just in time (JIT), mengurangi waste, stadarisasi & 5S, kanban, heijunka scheduling, takt time scheduling
METODE TRAINING MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT
Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode interaktif, dimana peserta dikenalkan kepada konsep, diberikan contoh aplikasinya, berlatih menggunakan konsep, mendiskusikan proses dan hasil latihan.
