- Pembayaran sponsorship 50% dari total paket sponsor yang dipilih dibayarkan 7 (tujuh) hari setelah penandatanganan kontrak oleh ke-2 belah pihak, sisanya dibayarkan 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum event. Sistem pembayaran Sponsorship dapat dilakukan melalui 2 cara (pilihan), yaitu Tunai dan Transfer.
- Surat perjanjian sponsorship akan kami proses pada saat penawaran sponsorship disetujui.
- Logo dari pihak sponsor harus diterima oleh pihak panitia 10 hari sebelum hari H dengan format Coreldraw, PNG, atau JPG resolusi tinggi.
