Deskripsi Supply Chain Management
Kerjasama perusahaan dengan beberapa pihak seperti supplier dan distributor juga diperlukan untuk dapat membantu perusahaan untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi criteria cost, quality dan delivery yang unggul di pasar. Dalam mengelola seluruh rangkaian aktivitas Peran Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjadi sangat penting dalam menghasilkan produk mulai dari pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan distribusi produk sampai ke tangan konsumen. Perusahaan harus memiliki jaringan SCM yang baik dalam pengelolaan produksinya. Teknologi yang serba canggih memungkinkan para pelaku industri untuk mengkontrol supply chain secara efisien. Agar para pelaku industri yang terlibat di dalamnya benar-benar memahami prinsip kerja SCM secara komprehensif, maka perlu adanya pelatihan yang diharapkan dapat menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang timbul antara perusahaan dengan pihak eksternalnya.

Role of Supply Chain Management (SCM) are very important in managing the whole set of activities to produce products ranging from raw material procurement, production, and distribution of products to consumers.
