ADVANCED BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING OVERVIEW

Business Process merupakan sekumpulan aktifitas yang merealisasikan secara bersama-sama tujuan bisnis dalam sebuah organisasi dan lingkungan tehnis. Proses-proses ini berlangsung pada sebuah organisasi tetapi mungkin saja berinteraksi dengan proses-proses di organisasi yang lainnya.

Secara definisi Business Process Management (BPM) membahas tentang konsep, metode, dan tehnik yang mendukung desain, administrasi, konfigurasi, performansi, dan analisis dari business process. BPM lebih fokus ke representasi eksplisit dari proses-proses – begitu proses tersebut telah didefinisikan, maka proses tersebut dapat dianalisa, diperbaiki, disetujui. Software dalam bentuk business process management systems dapat digunakan untuk mengkoordinir kegiatan business process.

Training 3 hari ini didisain secara khusus untuk para peserta yang telah memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang BPM dan ingin meningkatkan pengetahuannya ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi (advanced). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka bahan training ini disusun berdasarkan pada dokumen standar Guide the Business Process Management Common Body of Knowledge (BPM CBOK)* version 2.0 yang telah diakui secara internasional dan dikenal luas di Amerika, Eropa dan diterbitkan oleh ABPMP ( Association of Business Process Management Professional). Dokumen ini juga menjadi standard guide untuk persiapan ujian sertifikasi CBPP (Certified Business Processs Professional).

ABPMP merupakan organisasi professional, non-profit dan vendor independent yang didedikasikan untuk kemajuan konsep business process management dan penerapannya. ABPMP bersifat practitioner-oriented and practitioner-led.Jadi, dokumen standar BPM CBOK versi 2 ini dirancang untuk membantu para professional BPM dengan cara memberikan gambaran umum yang komprehensif mengenai issues, best practices dan lessons learned yang secara umum dipraktekkan dan dirangkum oleh ABPMP.

  • Muhammad Tavip, Ir., MPM, Cert. HR pemegang sertifikasi internasional Project Management berdasarkan PMBOK – PMI, USA dan Human Resource Management (US-based), Alumni of Institut Teknologi Bandung (1992) dan   Post Graduate Diploma dari University of South Australia, Adelaide (1995).  Beberapa Sertifikasi Internasional yang dipegangnya adalah: Project Management (PM)/ITPM, Software Business Analysis (SBA), Systems Analysis and Design (SAD), Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Software Testing Professional (STP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL ), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
  • Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun di bidang IT, Management and Business. Beliau Mengelola Proyek berskala Nasional dan International. Memberikan jasa konsultansi di bidang Project Management dan IT Project Management, Enterprise Project Management using Project Server 2003/2007/2010, Pelatihan dan Konsultansi Implementasi Balanced Scorecard, dan IT Management consulting. Beliau merupakan salah satu pendesain software Balanced Scorecard MBRIO yang telah digunakan beberapa perusahaan swasta berskala UKM.
