Program ini merupakan pelatihan di bidang leadership yang disusun secara sistematis dengan urutan sedemikian rupa sehingga mampu menghasilkan dimensi kepemimpinan yang melekat pada pimpinan di lingkungan organisasi. Alur materi dengan jelas menggambarkan perkembangan kompetensi dan potensi bagi para leader.
Segemen pertama adalah sesi 1 – 2 difokuskan kepada personal dan interpersonal leadership skill dan gaya kepemimpinan.
Riset yang kami lakukan mendapatkan bahwa Emotional Intelligence menjadi fundamnetral kesuksesan kepeimpinan . Sessi ini membawa partisipan untuk mengeksaminasi gaya kepimimpinan dan mengembangkan kemampuan dalam peran kepemimpinan.
Sessi selanjutnya yaitu 3,4, dan 5 berbagi tentang konsep dan skill yang berhubungan dengan Perfromance Management dan team Development.
Konten sessi 3-5 adalah setting expectations, developing performance measures, providing feedback, coaching and counseling, dan conducting reviews yang memperkuat performance.
Sessi terakhir , diperluas lagi menuju organization design dan strategic skill. Leadership skills dalam mengembangkan visi, setting strategi, dan memimpin perubahan berskala luas di dalam organisasi dan prgram program nya. Seta bagaimana mengadakan continues improvement dan mengimplementasikan customer-focused organizational culture.

Pendidikan S-1 Beliau ditempuh di Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara /STAN dengan jurusan Majoring in Accounting kemudian diteruskan dengan S-2 di University of South Australia dengan gelar Master of Business Administration dan meneruskan pendidikan lagi di de LaSalle University Manila, Philippines dengan gelar Master of Science in Finance, Saat ini beliau masih melanjutkan pendidikan Doktornya di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam bidang Training and HR Development. Selain itu beliau adalah seorang instruktur/ trainer/ speaker dan Master NLP untuk berbagai workshop dan training, materi yang sering dibawakan adalah: Communication, Marketing Salesmanship, Service Excellence & Total Quality Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Office Management, Finance & Taxation dan Business Management & Operation.
