DESCRIPTION TRAINING MMDP

Dalam sebuah perusahaan seorang marketing dituntut memiliki kinerja yang memungkinkan mereka mengalokasikan sumber daya dan mengelola setiap perubahan lingkungan bisnis secara efektif. Seorang marketing manager haruslah memiliki kapabilitas yang lengkap mencakup kombinasi antara kapabilitas kepemimpinan (leadership), manajerial (management), dan tentu saja kapabilitas fungsional di bidang marketing.
