LATAR BELAKANG TRAINING QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCT
Kualitas merupakan kata yang menyandang arti relatif yang digunakan untuk menilai atau menentukan tingkat persesuaian suatu hal terhadap persyaratan atau spesifikasinya. Bila persyaratan itu dipenuhi berarti kualitas sesuatu hal yang dimaksud dikatakan baik, sebaliknya jika tak dipenuhi berarti jelek. Dengan demikian, untuk menentukan kualitas diperlukan suatu acuan. Karena spesifikasi yang merupakan acuan ini dirancang berarti kualitas secara tak langsung merupakan hasil rancangan yang tidak tertutup atas kemungkinan untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan.
Kualitas suatu produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan merupakan akhir dari industri, sehingga kontrol kualitas harus melibatkan tenaga dari seluruh yang terlibat dalam tingkatan pembuatan (mulai dari tingkat perencanaan, tingkat produksi, dan tingkat pemeriksaan). Hal ini harus dapat dipahami, karena sesungguhnya kontrol kualitas berbeda dengan pemeriksaan atau inspeksi. Tugas kontrol kualitas menjangkau lebih jauh lagi yaitu dalam hal penentuan pelaksanaan pemeriksaan, penentuan jumlah produk yang diperiksa, dan penentuan pelaksanaan proses produksi.
Mengontrol mempunyai makna yang lebih jauh daripada mengukur karena dalam proses pengendalian akan terlibat proses pengukuran, proses pengambilan keputusan mengenai kestabilan proses, dan tindakan koreksi demi untuk mencegah menurunnya kualitas produk.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Kontrol Kualitas Produk (Quality Control of Product).
TUJUAN TRAINING QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCT
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan diagram yang menggambarkan situasi proses ditinjau dari karakteristik produk yang dihasilkannya pada setiap satuan atau selang waktu tertentu, dan pemakaian teknik diagram kontrol yang digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas produk secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta penilaian terhadap kualitas barang yang masuk ke pabrik dengan sistem sampling.
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:
- Memahami dan menjelaskan konsep dasar statistik teknik
- Memahami dan menjelaskan disteibusi normal
- Menjelaskan distribusi harga rata-rata
- Menjelaskan analisis perbandingan data
- Menjelaskan analisis regresi
MATERI TRAINING QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCT
1. Konsep dasar kontrol kualitas
- Ruang lingkup pengendalian kualitas, ruang lingkup penjaminan kualitas, teori dasar diagram kontrol, distribusi frekuensi sampel
2. Diagram kontrol kuantitatif
- Distribusi harga rata-rata, distribusi jangkauan, pemilihan obyek ukur, penentuan ukuran dan periode pengambilan sampel, pengukuran dan penulisan data pengukuran, pembuatan dan pemakaian diagram kontrol kuantitatif
3. Diagram kontrol kualitatif
- Distribusi binomial, hipergeometrik, dan poisson, penentuan ukuran dan periode pengambilan sampel, pemilihan kaliber yang cocok, pembuatan dan pemakaian diagram kontrol kualitatif
4. Sistem sampling
- Karakteristik sistem sampling, ukuran sampel dan angka penerimaan sistem sampling tunggadengan dua titik kontrol, ukuran sampel dan angka penerimaan sistem sampling tunggal dengan: titik kontrol pada resiko terbagi, dengan titik kontrol pada kualitas barang masuk rata-rata yang terjelek terbagi, dengan titik kontrol pada tingkat proses rata rata dengan usaha pemeriksaan yang terkecil.
