Penjelasan Umum

Pengaturan waktu dalam Penanganan proyek sangatlah penting. Karena tolok ukur keberhasilan satu proyek salah satunya adalah selesai tepat waktu. Kekurangan atau kelebihan dalam penetapan waktu tentusaja sangat berpengaruh pada biaya, makin banyak waktu yang digunakan akan makin bertambah biaya penyelesaian proyek.Untuk menjaga konsistensi pengerjaan proyek mulai dari prosess engineering, procurement, delivery time, konstruksi sampai pada Project clossing, diperlukan suatu keterampilan controling, yang memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang kondisi proyek setiap saat, analisa-analisa terhadap hambatan bahkan analisa akibat keterlambatan proyek.
