OVERVIEW TRAINING INVENTORY AND CONTROL

Inventory and warehousing strategic planning is the key to success for logistics and material flow management company. Increasing needs of customers with a variety of products, making many companies revisit their inventory system. One of the main functions in the regulation of inventory is material requirements planning, where this function aims to plan the number and when the goods required at optimum cost level taking into account the use of materials and procurement lead time.

Material requirements planning system can be divided into two types, namely to supply goods for inventory dependent and independent. For independent inventory there are 2 methods used in material requirements planning, namely Fixed Order Quantity (Economic Order Quantity / System Q) and Fixed Order Period (System P). Both of these systems differ in terms of the concept and its application. Through this training, participants will learn about strategic planning inventory, material requirements and warehouseing using modern methods, equipped with practical applications and real examples in the field.
